Berserker Books

The Berserker Books web site was created to provide a blog and an online bookstore for this rare book seller. The site features book and movie reviews, original artwork and original short stories.

The book inventory features an image per book and opens in a jQuery driven photo gallery. Every image is an actual high-res image created by scanning the book. After scanning the book, the book seller uploads the image to the inventory page. The server automatically creates all the necessary image sizes such as the thumbnail, medium size, and full size images that are available per item.

By using the actual scanned images from each book, the condition is guaranteed to the buyer and makes the shopping experience unique and honest.
