Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is the largest Qdoba Mexican Eats franchisee. We are locally owned and operated in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with 57 locations throughout WI, IL and IA. We also oversee and operate two Grate Modern Mac & Cheese locations, which is our own restaurant concept.
